Disney Junior is hitting the road with The Doc Mobile Tour! Join with your children for a fun event with Radio Disney Junior, where kids & families can experience Doc activities focused on healthy living and well-being.
Kids will see how "there's so much you can do...to take care of you," and they can also be just like Doc and bring their toy for a check-up inside Doc's mobile clinic.

Sautéed Chicken with Olives, Capers and Roasted Lemons
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 lemons, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Two 5-ounce bags baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs
- Four 6-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1/2 cup pitted green Sicilian or Spanish olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
- 1 cup chicken stock or low-sodium broth
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small dice
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil on the parchment, then arrange the lemon slices in a single layer. Drizzle the lemons lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes, until the lemons begin to brown around the edges.
- Meanwhile, heat a large, deep skillet. Add the spinach and cook over high heat, tossing, until wilted, about 2 minutes. Transfer the spinach to a strainer; press out the liquid. Wipe out the skillet and heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in it. Add the bread crumbs and cook over moderate heat, stirring, until toasted, 2 minutes. Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- In a deep medium skillet, heat the remaining 1/4 cup of oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and dust with the flour, shaking off the excess. Cook the chicken over high heat, turning once, until golden, about 6 minutes. Add the olives, capers and stock and bring to a boil. Cook over high heat until the stock is reduced by about two-thirds, about 5 minutes. Add the roasted lemons, butter and parsley, season with salt and pepper and simmer just until the chicken is cooked through, about 1 minute.
- Transfer the chicken to plates and spoon the sauce on top. Serve the spinach on the side. Bon Appetit!!!

Did you watch the 2013 Emmy Awards? What did you think of all the glitz and glam? We were anxious to see what the talented and beautiful actresses were wearing.
To our surprise, some of the most beautiful moms top our best dressed list. In our opinion, the winner who showed off her perfect curves in a gorgeous body-hugging gown by Vera Wang was Sophia Vergara. Strawberry Watermelon Mint Infused Water!!!!
This is perfect for a nice summer day or all year long. It's healthy for you and delicious. If you have children who don't like to drink water, this is a clever way to get them drink their H2O. Enjoy and let us know how much you loved it :)
10 large organic strawberries
½ cup of sliced organic watermelon
¼ cup of mint leaves
6 cups of water
Ice
Instructions:
Fill the bottom of a pitcher with the ice cubes and top it with strawberries, watermelon and mint leaves. Fill the rest of the way with filtered water and
let it cool.

The “Featured Car” at the 2013 Palos Verdes Concours d’Elegance will be this 1933 Duesenberg SJ Torpedo Sedan which wears a California license plate reading “20 Grand”, since that was the original sales price of the car. Part of the Nethercutt Collection, it was restored in 1979 and took top honors at Pebble Beach in 1980. It was originally built for display at the 1933 Chicago World’s Fair Century of Progress Exhibition.

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY UNIQUE MOTHER!!!!
Today Unique Mother is turning 1 year old!!!! I can't believe it's been a year that I've been sharing with you all the amazing and wonderful journey of motherhood. It has been a fantastic year of learning, exploring, and enjoying this time in my life with my 2 little Princesses. I'm so very grateful to be able to share with you all through my blog this beautiful journey. It's an absolute pleasure, and I want to thank my fans, all the unique mothers, and mothers to be for their every day inspiration.
When my career took an unexpected turn from the business world and all of a sudden I was a stay at home mom to two beautiful Princesses, ages 1 and 3 1/2, I wanted to spend as much quality time that I can with my children. Creating exceptional memories with them was the thing that I looked forward to the most. To my surprise, I wasn’t able to find a good source of unique local options. Wanting to entertain the girls, while providing them with a unique positive experience, was proving to be a daunting task. I was getting nowhere spending much of my precious time surfing from one website to another.
That's when I had an idea and with much thought, care and time UNIQUE MOTHER was born :)
Today, I'm happy to tell you that we are growing. UNIQUE MOTHER will continue to bring you Entertainment ideas, Health/Wellness, Beauty/Fashion, Cooking, Love/Romance, Travel, Parenting tips and much more. I hope that UNIQUE MOTHER will truly be a resourceful place for you and leave you coming back for more.

Cheesy Cauliflower Patties
1 head cauliflower
2 large eggs
1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c panko (found in the bread crumb aisle, healthier option)
1/2 t cayenne pepper (more of less to taste)
salt
olive oil
Cut cauliflower into florets & steam until tender. Mash the cauliflower while still warm. Stir cheese, eggs, panko, cayenne & salt to taste.
Coat the bottom of a griddle or skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat. Form the cauliflower mixture into patties about 3 inches across. Cook until golden brown & set, about 3 minutes per side. Keep each batch warm in the oven while you cook the rest.

This year, the Ocean Institute is celebrating its 29th year hosting the Toshiba Tall Ships Festival! Go and explore the majesty and wonder of tall ships through the smells, sounds and sights of real working tall ships. Interactive living-history encampments including blacksmiths, scrimshaw artists, and the infamous Port Royal Privateers are sure to entertain and amaze guests of all ages and are not to be missed.
Inside the Ocean Institute, discover a sunken city and underwater archaeology through a series of interactive labs and activities. Search for treasure, participate in a fun-filled pirate parrot show and get up close and personal with some of the ocean’s most amazing sea creatures, including sea stars, jellies, rays and octopuses. And back by popular demand this year, your child may participate in the Friendly Pirate School! Watch as your child learns to talk like a pirate, walk like a pirate and sing like a pirate!
